When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched between 4-10 business days. 

Packages are sent via Aus Post with tracked shipping. 

Domestic: 4-9 Business days.
Domestic Express: 2-6 Business days.
International: 10-27 Business days. 

Free shipping on Australian orders of over $150 

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. 

Refunds/ Replacements for faulty products
If any item is found to be faulty, you are entitled to a full refund following our assessment of the product.

Refunds are only accepted when a product is faulty or defective and is shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the item.

We do not accept any items that have been washed or worn. 

Incorrect order/ Cancelling orders

We can only modify or cancel an order before it is shipped out. If it is cancelled before being shipped out, we can issue a full refund. 

Please check carefully that order amounts and details are correct. 

UK/EU Customers
we do not collect duties/taxes at checkout - VAT may have to be paid on the customer's end upon arrival.

US Customers
Due to tariffs we collect duties at checkout, as they must be paid before being shipped to the US. 

International Customs & Import Fees:
Orders sent from Australia may be charged local import taxes or customs fees when they arrive in your country. These charges vary by region (for example, some Asian countries apply VAT or GST on imports). Any such fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
